Do you own a Vox AC15 or AC30 and wish you had a simple way to use an attenuator. The problem is there is no 1/4″ connection between the amp and the speaker to allow for the insertion of an attenuator. This mod solves that problem. It involves replacing the external speaker jacks with new panel mounted SwitchCraft jacks rewired to allow the easy insertion of an attenuator. With nothing plugged into either jack the amp operates normally with the output going directly to the internal speaker. To use an attenuator simply run one speaker cable from the output jack to the attenuator input and another from the attenuator output to the speaker jack. PROBLEM SOLVED!
